“Life can only be understood backwards;
but it must be lived forwards.”
― Søren Kierkegaard
My offering is to provide guidance for your life's journey, assist you in hearing your inner voice, confront the difficulties before you, and create the life that calls you.
The most important creative act, which we all do, is participate in the creation of our own life. When we are receptive to the voice of the unconscious, through exploration of both sleep and waking dreams, life's challenges can be used as a guide towards wholeness.
The realm of the unconscious is a source of creativity that can support well-being. There is a personal healing wisdom and inner strength that can be accessed to help navigate the struggles of life. Attuning one's conscious attitude towards challenges can be transformative.
I work with individuals, couples, adults and adolescents. Together we will explore and understand inner conflicts, relationship challenges, and find new pathways to healing and psychological development.
I am currently enrolled in an analytical psychology training program, based on the works and practice of C.G. Jung. My area of research explores how dreams during critical illness can provide psychological healing.
I work under the supervision of a certified Jungian Analyst.

So come to the pond,
Or the river of your
Imagination,
or the harbor of your
Longing,
And put your lip up to
The world,
And live
Your life
-Mary Oliver
It is not possible to complete yourself
without sorrow.
Sorrow is a vital ingredient that shapes the heart and enriches it.
So endure sadness the best you can
when its season comes.
That rain that can fall from your eye
brings life to a field,
and on other days when you laugh,
a sun takes birth in a sky you will
someday know.
See how all the elements are inside of
you.
See how your soul is a sire of light.

This 3 session wellness workshop series is guided by the belief that even during the most difficult struggles of life, there is a personal healing wisdom within us all. Our time together will assist participants to connect with their inner sources of creativity, strength and untapped wisdom that may help manage the challenges that cancer brings. The program is designed to orient the participants towards their inner resources through discussion and artistic expression. Solace and resilience can be found through sharing the challenges of illness.
Weekly themes will set the tone for each session, and various artistic mediums, such as collage, will be offered for the participants to express their feelings, imagine into the future, and activate healing. No prior artistic training is necessary and all supplies are included.
